These base films are available in various polyester thickness.
Also available:  Clear, Plated, Controlled Aluminum deposition, High Reflective Index HRI.

EMBOSSING BASE SR

Application  Base for Pressure Sensitive Tamper Evident labels with Selective Release .
Used for medium level security applications where tamper prevention is a primary goal.     

This destructible pressure sensitive film leaves behind a  specific pattern displaying that
the product has been tampered with.

Numbering system to place orders for  SR embossing base:
 Example: Product series SR (SB-50-SR-SM)

SB   -    50     -    SR   -    SM
Security  base - Carrier - Series -  Silver Metallized

SR KEYNOTES

Products could be produced with different selective release patterns on request
On request it could also be produced in:
Different color shades, Aluminum (M), Semi transparent (S)
Transparent (HRI), 23, 36 or 50 Micron Polyester.

EMBOSSING BASE TR

Application  Base for Pressure sensitive Total Release labels Used for medium level security
applications or where tamper prevention is a primary goal.

This destructible pressure sensitive film  totally release off the polyester displaying that the
product has been tampered with.

EMBOSSING BASE LA

Application  Base for Standard Pressure Sensitive labels with no release.
Used mainly for commercial and promotional applications

BN BANK NOTE GRADE

This base is suggested for Holographic hot stamping applications requiring high levels
of security such as Banknotes. Especially formulated to grant heat, abrasion and  chemical  resistance.

EMBOSSING BASE BANK NOTE GRADE

Application  Base for Holographic hot stamping applications  requiring high levels of security solution such as Banknote, Cheques, Stamps, especially formulated to grant heat, abrasion and chemical resistance.

Numbering system to place order for BN  Bank Note grade:
Example: Product series BN ( SB-19-BN-NM-R2 )

BANK NOTE KEYNOTES
The Currencies specifications can only be achieved with the proper coating and adhesive system.
The Adhesive and Release must be adjusted  to the paper and machine type.

COMMERCIAL GRADE SERIES

CG   Commercial Grade base for holographic hot stamping foil

Example:  Product series CG  ( SB-16-CG-SM-R2 )

Security  Base  -  Carrier   -  Series  -  Silver metal  -  Workability

The standard series is produced on 16 Micron Polyester

CG (holographic general purpose)
These products are produced at 24 inches wide.
They are also available in various metallic shades and patterns.

Applications: Paper, Board, bookbinding and other graphic industry materials.
The application temperature can range from 110°C to 150°C.
